    Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your order once credit card or Paypal authorization and verification have been obtained. Once your order has been given to our carrier it will take an additional 7-15 business days for your order to be delivered to you. Ground: Will arrive in 10 to 14 business days.     Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding public holidays).

    PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and processing for any customization or pre-order items will take an additional 15-20 days.

    Free ground shipping is offered within the contiguous United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.

    All orders are shipped via First Mile. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

    We will ship from Amazon FBA in two situations:
    1. Our inventory is limited and you do not need to pay other fees.
    2. Your order is set to expedited and need extra fee $15.

    APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
    All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 days.

    MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
    At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

    What do I do if my tracking update says "delivered" but I did not receive my package?
    DesigningThought shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. While all shipping carriers are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, we will do everything we can to make sure you get your product. If you receive a “delivered” message from our carrier but do not receive your package, please contact the carrier after you’ve checked the entire premise of your home. If you are not able to track down your package through the carrier, please contact us via email support@designingthought.com. We will do our best to help you.

    RETURNS
    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via support@designingthought.com for the return address. Please be advised that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We accept returns on all unworn items within 30 days of your purchase. We extend free returns to unsatisfied customers within 7 days of delivery of your order.

    Return Defective or Wrong Items
    To report a damaged or wrong item, please use the following process:
    1) Contact our Customer Care team via email support@designingthought.com.
    2) Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged or wrong item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question.
    Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

    Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
