Retailer General Terms of Agreement
We LOVE our wholesale customers and are always happy to share our products with new shops. Here’s the brief terms and conditions we have.
For first time customers of DT Wholesale, we require a minimum order of $3,000 at wholesale value. All re-orders must meet the minimum order requirement of $1000 at wholesale value.
We accept the following:
• DT requires all orders to be processed by Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay and American Express). Your credit card will be charged no more than 72 hours before the order is processed and shipped.
• DT does not offer COD on orders or displays
• DT does not offer Net Terms unless written confirmation is provided to you from a Ahoode
Shipping and Handling
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders, freight will be charged on each invoice. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. Please note all special shipping instructions below as well as on each order.
DT has a no return policy on all merchandise. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, DT will offer you a product exchange on the same or similar item or a credit note for future orders. Returns must be made in writing directly to Head Office at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without DT’s prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged depending on the circumstances. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to the retailer. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact DT customer service at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
The DT Guarantee
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with all of their DT purchases and DT believes in the lifetime quality of each piece. If for whatever reason your customers DT piece is damaged or breaks during normal wear due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or change it at no cost or give you a product of equal value if we no longer carry that product. Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. Outstanding back-orders will be shown on each invoice. If you wish to cancel any back-order or not have back-orders listed at all, please inform us by checking the box below. Back Orders under $1000 will be shipped on the same terms as outlined in shipping section above. Back orders over $1000 no shipping charges will apply.
Please allow at least 2-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time. All orders must allow for a two-week shipping window.
Products or goods purchased from DT shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). DT has a suggested retail price for all items as listed on the order form online, of a 2.5x mark up. Discounts of any kind are not allowed without written permission from DT head office. All items must not be sold at a lower price than the suggested retail price.
Retailer agrees to adhere to the DT MSRP in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing in store or online without notice. DT reserves the right to close any account that is selling through non- approved locations or channel’s and invoice the account for the buy-back of any merchandise found in unauthorized channels. The retailer agrees not to make any sales through an online channel unless approval from head office is provided in writing. Retailer agrees not to make any sales over the internet or through any third party online auction sites such as eBay, Amazon, Overstock or any other similar websites or third party unless given prior consent by DT in writing. Ecommerce sales of DT product requires prior written approval by DT management. Please note: DT reserves the right to Online DTC retail via cross-border shipping from owned ecommerce site(s) or direct relationships via its own Online partnerships into International territories without notice.
